FIRST OF ALL, DOWNLOAD IT TO GET THE FULL IMPRESSION OF THE PIECE!
(I' put in a lot of details)

My Rift Colossus entry:

Dethrant - Leviathan of the seas.

An enormous cephalopod, turtle, dragon, humanoid abomination from depths so deep it would weaken the heart of even the bravest!

I spent a whole lot of time, and even feared not making it within the deadline, so it is a rushed work.. as one can notice at several areas.

And for size comparison... there's a ship on it's shoulder, really way beyond the gameplay size for rift.. but if I am to make a colossus I make it colossal! =D

Any opinions?

I really like this piece and I love the detail (e.g. the texture of the face). One criticism, though: there are too many large (near) raindrops, and too few small (distant) ones. I don't know of any way to do that that isn't hellaciously time-consuming, so I'm aware that's asking a lot, but I wanted to put that out there. Still, overall, love the picture.

Great work with your point of view. Even in open water, you have managed to convey a sense of great scale.
