It was a school assignment based one object animation, and I turned it in favor of a cinematic approach, which then got the Zelda theme applied, and for the sake of simplicity I decided to make the characters in the LEGO Minifigure format.
This is also due to my intention to start up a LEGO CUUSOO Project focused on making LEGO Zelda an official product line.
For those of you not familiar with LEGO CUUSOO, it is a service that lets people submit their ideas for potential of becoming an official product, given it manage to get 10,000 votes.
It could be a creation of your own, a theme of your own imagination, or an official license.
The last project to achieve this was the LEGO MINECRAFT Project which rounded up 10,000 votes in a very short time due to it's dedicated fan-base.
Mingles (
You can see his project here: [link] And please do support it if you're either a Zelda fan, LEGO fan or especially if you're both!!!
Also, should you be interested in MINGLES Designs in general you should check out this [link]
In other things, I've been commissioned to make a more stylized Ganondorf sculpture, I've uploaded the initial sketch in my gallery which can be viewed here [link]
So, how are you, wonderful watchers?!

But it looks like you already posted
Link standing their looking cool while they get killed by pillars and rocks
Great work mate need to see more stuff of your projects made into animation!
Well you have my vote when you've done it and all those I can tell, which probably wont be many
I need a LEGO Ling so I can get a metal Master sword from Mingles!
In due time there will be more of increasingly better quality(once i get to decide for PC components, and put a workstation together) animations from me.. as I improve
Every single vote counts!
A LEGO Link you say.. currently working on that myself, and I'll probably have a prototype done within this month! I do consider making something of a belt that a Minifig can strap over his shoulder with a scabbard fit for Mingles Master Sword as an attachable extra, and a clip for holding the sword!
Maybe even design it in 3D for 3D printing, so that it will be available for others as well
But it still remains to see.
Thanks for dropping by my freind!
Also I had no idea you were interested in a LEGO CUUSOO Project. I imagine there might be difficulties for a LEGO Zelda with the licenses and all, but I think it is something that SHOULD get off the ground!
I myself am doing fine. Have a whole week off that I plan on using to work on studying and relaxing. Possibly doing an ink work too in the meantime lol.
It will get better once I get to order all necessary PC components to build myself a PC with Power to render by the 10s time faster!
Rendering on 2 portable pc's it took in total less than a week to complete it all, but in total with the modeling animating and rendering i guess the total would be at least 4-6 days of continuous work to be honest O.o
Oh I em extremely interested in that Project, currently I have 3 Ideas in the works, more will probably come.. but time is the only obstacle
Licenses will always be an uncertainty, but seeing how Nintendo Have given the license for a new Samus Aran and Link action figure (by Figma) there is the possibilities they might be interested in expanding it further given the opportunity
And when it comes to Zelda, I don't see why LEGO haven't taken the initiative before.. for sets it would be a goldmine if done correctly, that is, giving out large temple sets every half year, providing variation from forest to dessert, volcano to deep underwater temples, castle dungeons to open fields, there is everything, even the sky!
Personally I see this as an ideal product line as lEGO's Themes are pretty linear and little varied from year to year.
I'm glad to hear that, and I hope you will balance the relaxation and study harmonically, as either might effect the other negatively, and if you do get to inking, be sure to upload something for the world to see
Yeah there's a lot of potential for LEGO Zelda. Time is ALWAYS an issue however, so I know what you mean
And... Well I dunno if it's gonna be something astounding, but I'll try to do well for inking.
Yes, I slept for almost 11 hours today
You do what you can with the skill you have, they will always increase, so just display what you do
Well this time I failed, it's all due to that annoyingly inconvenient nullification of the November exam.. I wouldn't mind facing the cheaters personally to hear what they had to say about how incredibly pathetic and hopelessly arrogant they are, and how furious I am at he/she/them
I'll display what I can do! I'll be hoping you can with your own characters someday as well
I'm sorry to hear about your mathematics course.
Good, I will eventually, I have something planned for a contest held by the university holding my study, which I will be working on alongside the sculpture
Well, given the situation now, as the exam was pushed 2 months forward, the deadline for signing up for a new exam(held in May/June) expired on the 15th this month, and I got my result the 22nd.. so that option has left me. so i cannot take any further study at the school I hoped to be studying at...
So I guess I just have to get a job and start paying down my loan as soon as I can
And... Oh dear, does that mean you'll have to change schools? I hope you will be able to get a job soon.
Also came to think of making it a looping high-res gif. file so that it kinda looks like it is a living painting.. or just a video sequence..
We'll see eventually
No, this isn't related to the web study I am taking, this is an exam i have to pass in order to get valid grades as i failed in that level of mathematics in the first year of high school... the annoying thing about it is that the teacher never mentioned anything about the impact it would have on my.. graduation... Diploma? papers? whatever you need to verify a successfully passed study..
Anyway, I am going to try to promote myself as a freelancer and see if i find some jobs that can provide some income... but i need more practice
